HOW TO MEASURE
Accurate measurements create a more accurate FrameMog score. Follow the guide below and measure your body naturally in centimeters.
How to Measure Your Height
Measure your full standing height from the floor to the highest point of your head.
- 1 Remove your shoes and stand on a flat, hard surface.
- 2 Stand upright with your back against a straight wall.
- 3 Keep your head level and look straight ahead.
- 4 Place a flat object horizontally on top of your head so that it touches the wall.
- 5 Measure vertically from the floor to that point.
How to Measure Hip Width
FrameMogW uses a straight horizontal measurement across the widest visible part of the hips.
- 1 Stand naturally with your feet in a comfortable position.
- 2 Keep your body relaxed without shifting your weight to one side.
- 3 Identify the widest outer points of the hips when viewed from the front.
- 4 Measure directly from one outer point to the other in a straight, horizontal line.
Measure the straight horizontal distance between the widest outer points of the hips.
Do not wrap a measuring tape around the hips. That measures hip circumference, which is a separate measurement.
Measure Your Waist Circumference
Measure around the narrowest natural part of your waist while standing in a relaxed position.
Measure Your Hip Circumference
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and glutes while keeping the tape horizontal.
FrameMogW calculates this automatically when you enter your waist and hip measurements.
How to Identify Hip Dips
Hip dips are the inward indentations that can appear between the upper hip and the upper thigh.
Look at your natural body shape while standing normally. Do not twist your torso, push one hip outward, flex your legs or intentionally change your posture.
Compare the depth of the inward curve with the reference levels below.
Mild
A slight inward curve between the upper hip and thigh.
Moderate
A clearly noticeable inward curve when standing naturally.
Severe
A strongly visible inward curve between the hip and upper thigh.
